After receiving your request, someone from our team will evaluate your project needs and contact you within 1-2 business days.


Please note: Due to overwhelming demand for outdoor spaces, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every request. We will let you know if we are able to handle your project or if we need to decline due to factors like scope, budget, or location.

We'll schedule a site visit to your property if the scope, budget, and location are a good match. Here’s where we'll learn more about you, your property, and your landscape aspirations. 

We will provide you with a design cost to move forward, a rough timeline, and a basic estimate to ensure you're comfortable and aware of the size of the investment that will be required, and if you will require financing. 

Upon agreeing to work with us and paying a design deposit, we will begin gathering all of the information we need. 

Working with a landscape architect or builder, a strategic plan is developed by taking measurements and inventory of the property.

Our design fee starts at $150-2500+.

This includes the following:

• Initial design consultation

• A site evaluation for measurements and elevations of the working area

• Collaborative review of a first draft design

• Renderings of the construction concept in 3D and 2D renderings

• Detailed construction proposal with project timelines

Upon approval of the landscape design, construction proposal and timelines, we'll draft a contract for the full project scope. Once we receive your signed contract and deposit cheque or payment transfer, construction on your project will begin!

We will conveniently schedule the construction start date and highlight key milestones that we’ll be tackling along the way. We ensure that our landscape construction crews arrive on time, act professional while on-site, and leave the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day. 

In case you have questions or concerns, we will provide you with contact information for the project foreman & Cliffside quality control manager. 

You will be walked through every aspect of your renovation by our quality control manager after construction is complete to ensure nothing has been overlooked and that you’re completely satisfied. 

At this point, you will receive a final invoice and an overview of the warranty.

After project completion, some customers require assistance up keeping the renovated property. Keeping lush green grass trimmed and mowed, spring/fall cleanups etc.
